Optimisation du travail et des coûts
Le plus de tous ces services clé en main réside dans leur simplicité d’utilisation, la maîtrise et la prédictibilité des coûts (40 euros par an et par utilisateur). La protection des données est aussi essentielle. En quatre ans d’utilisation, nous n’avons pas eu à subir une seule interruption de services ou perte de données. Nous sommes convaincus que nos informations sont bien plus en sûreté en étant hébergées par Google. Aussi compétent soit-il, notre service informatique dispose de moins de ressources qu’un leader mondial de l’Internet. Administration simplifiée
La transition entre l’ancien et le nouveau système s’est faite sans encombre, en seulement deux semaines, avec l’aide de l’intégrateur Gpartner. Les archives électroniques représentaient en moyenne 30 giga octets de données par utilisateur, récupérées et transférées dans Gmail pour l’historique des messages et des contacts, Google Agenda pour les rendez-vous, Google Drive pour les documents de travail (créations en haute définition, plans de communication, recommandations, tableaux de bord).
